In my piece of music, the volume of the instruments plays a huge part in the song. The beginning of the song is very loud and firm till the piano and beat comes in. It makes the piece become more interesting when after the first ¼ of the song is over because that’s when the dynamics of the song change and intertwined with each other. As the guitar and keyboard go back and forth switching melody with one another, the suspense of another keyboard melody is rising to the middle of the song. The change in timbres may affect the way the listeners feel about the piece because of the dramatic lyrics and drum beat. I feel like the song is at its strongest after the climax of the song in the middle because of the steadiness and ability to control the sounds and keep them contained within the limits of the strength.
